本工藝采用微負壓臥式內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)熔鹽間接加熱工藝，該工藝對油泥類物料的處理具有較強的針對性，物料形態(tài)大小小于30MM、性質(zhì)多樣的油泥，使用勻速持續(xù)自動進料方式進料，原料在爐內(nèi)經(jīng)高溫?zé)峤?，翻抄（設(shè)備內(nèi)采用自清壁雙軸螺旋方式可避免原料粘壁的現(xiàn)象），高溫均勻受熱，促使原料充分裂解達到處理要求干點，油氣通過分離裝置，輕組分進入冷凝器，冷凝為液體油，不可液相的部分通過燃氣凈化系統(tǒng)輸入供熱系統(tǒng)燃燒，燃燒產(chǎn)生的廢氣通過除塵系脫硫凈化統(tǒng)進行處理達標(biāo)后再排放，本設(shè)備區(qū)別于常規(guī)裂解設(shè)備的工藝方案能從根本上解決原料粘壁的問題使生產(chǎn)更流暢更安全。同時設(shè)備采取全密封的生產(chǎn)方式，環(huán)保措施比較完善，有專用廢氣中*處理裝置和煙道除塵裝置，采用微負壓出渣系統(tǒng)，有效減輕工人勞動強度及有組織排放無外泄，設(shè)備設(shè)計合理，制造工藝先*，自動化程度高，安全,設(shè)備完善，占地面積小。
